Hey y'all. You signed up, and now you want to know what happens next. Fair question. You should not have to guess at the answer.
Here is exactly how onboarding works in the Search-to-Booked Roofing System™, week by week. What we build, what we need from you, and how you stay in the loop the whole way. You always know where you stand.
Before Day One: What We Need From You
Before anything gets built, you need a verified Google Business Profile. That is the one hard requirement. Onboarding does not start without it.
If you do not have one yet, set it up right away. Verification runs on Google's timeline, so the sooner you start, the sooner we can.
Then comes the onboarding call. It runs 60 minutes. By the end of it, you know what we are building, when it goes live, and what we need from you. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Not sure you are ready? Here is what we look for before we say yes.
Week One: The Foundation Goes In
Month one is about foundation. Week one is where it starts.
The foundation is the part of the system that gets you found and trusted on Google Maps:
- •Your Google Business Profile
- •Systems that bring in reviews
- •Referral rewards for past customers
- •Call tracking, so every call gets counted
You do not manage the profile. You do not chase down reviews. We handle all of it.
Your job is to answer the phone and book the estimate.
Weeks Two and Three: The Foundation Keeps Building
Weeks two and three are mostly quiet on your end, and that is how it should feel. The review and referral systems keep running. Every call keeps getting tracked.
What you do stays the same. Answer the phone. Book the estimate. Do the roofing work you already do well.
Month two is when you start seeing movement.
Day 30: What You See and What Happens Next
Day 30 is the end of the foundation month. The groundwork is in.
Here is the honest part. Month one is about foundation, not numbers. Month two is when you start seeing movement. Your report goes out on the 5th of every month, and your first one lands on the next 5th after you start. In month one it is mostly about what has been built. Here is what happens on report day.
So at day 30, you know what has been built and what comes next. You are not left guessing.
Month two looks like this: the same system, doing its work, with the first real movement to look at together.
What Stays in Your Hands
Some things stay with you, and that is on purpose.
You answer the phone. You book the estimate. You do the roofing work you already do well.
If your plan includes ads, the ad budget stays in your own account. We manage the campaigns. You see every dollar and where it goes.
We build the system and keep it running. You run the business. That is the deal.
►How long does it take to see results from a roofing marketing system?
Month one is foundation. Month two is when you start seeing movement. By month three, you know which parts of the system are working. We do not promise a ranking or a number of calls by a set date.
►What do I have to do during the first month?
Have a verified Google Business Profile, because onboarding does not start without one. Join the 60-minute onboarding call. Then answer your phone and book the estimate. We handle the rest.
►Will I be locked into a contract?
No. The Search-to-Booked Roofing System™ is month-to-month.
►Who do I talk to if something looks wrong?
Say so. We walk you through every step, so nothing falls through the cracks.
The Search-to-Booked Roofing System™ is built so you always know where you stand, from the first call to the first report.
